Our Story

Hello! I am Priyam, the founder of Red River Creations

Inspired by the handloom traditions of Eastern India and the river that shaped my childhood, I founded Red River Creations. Named after the Brahmaputra—the Red River that flows with red silt and along whose banks I grew up in Assam (I even nicknamed my son Luit, which is what the river is fondly called in Assam)—this brand is my way of sharing our timeless handloom magic with the world.

The mulmul sarees I bought are some of the softest, most breathable fabrics I have worn, and it keeps getting better after every wash.
