Monica is woven from paat silk, one of Assam’s most celebrated and distinctive silks—renowned for its natural sheen, strength, and breathability. Traditionally handwoven by Assamese artisans, paat silk has long been a fabric of everyday elegance as well as ceremonial importance in the region.
This saree features a luminous pink paat silk base, adorned with zari work inspired by Assamese motifs. The buttas are thoughtfully spaced across the body, leading into a richly detailed zari pallu that adds depth and quiet grandeur without overwhelming the drape.
What makes Monica special is its balance—rooted in Assamese textile heritage, yet designed for the modern woman. The fabric feels light and structured at once, allowing the saree to fall beautifully while remaining comfortable for long hours of wear.
A timeless piece that celebrates craftsmanship, Monica is ideal for weddings, festive gatherings, cultural events, and moments when you want your saree to tell a story of origin and artistry.
