RETURNS & REFUNDS

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return a product, you will be issued an exchange coupon code which you can redeem on our website within a span of 12 months from the date of issue of the coupon code. 

We have a simple 3 step exchange policy: 

Step 1: Inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You need to share the name and image of the product via email at redrivercreations25@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your exchange request. 

Step 2: Ship the product within 5 days of us approving your request for an exchange.

Cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by the customer.  The products must be returned in its original and unused form with its intact packaging. We will not be able to issue the exchange code if the product has been used, comes without tags, is damaged or returned to us without its original packaging. Please use  a reliable courier service for shipping the product back and you are required to share the tracking details with us once the product is shipped. 

Step 3: Issue of coupon code to exchange the product. Once we receive your returned package, we will inform you within 24 hours of the receipt. Upon quality check, we will issue an exchange coupon code to you within 72 hours of receiving the returned package.

The coupon code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue of the coupon code and you can use it to buy any other product on the website. The exchange coupon code is a one-time use code only. The exchanged product must be of same value or higher value than the value of your previous product. If the exchanged product is of higher value, the customer must pay the balance amount. 

For international orders, we do not provide return/refund, unless the product is defective when you received it, in which case, the following Refund policy applies. 

REFUND POLICY: Refund is only issued for a product that was already damaged when you received it. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Please note our 3-Step Refund Policy. 

Step 1: Our team carries out rigorous quality checks before shipping out the products to our customers. However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped is beyond our control. To be eligible for a refund, you have to send us a video of you opening the parcel and examining the contents to show that the product was indeed damaged when you received it. So we request you to take a video when you are opening the package that you receive from us. In the rare event that the product is defective, please email us the opening video of the parcel AND a clear photo showing the damage in the product within 48 hours of receipt of the product at redrivercreations25@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Please send us the defective product by government postal service, and thereafter email us the receipt of the postal charges you incurred while shipping the product back to us. 

Step 3: If we determine that the product was defective, we will give you a monetary refund in equivalent to the full amount of the product and the shipping cost incurred by you while shipping the product back to us.  The refund will be in the same mode in which the payment was made. No coupon code will be issued for defective products. The refund will be made upto 10 days of receiving the product in our warehouse.
