Nivedita is an expression of quiet sophistication—crafted from Bishnupur Katan silk, a weaving tradition from Bengal celebrated for its exceptionally fine, lightweight, and lustrous silks. Handwoven by skilled artisans, Bishnupur Katan silk is prized for its fluid drape and understated sheen, making it ideal for sarees that feel effortless yet elegant.

The specialty of this saree is that it’s a ‘patli pallu’ saree, ie the pleats are contrasting to the body of the saree, and the pleats match the pallu. The saree features a striking blue Katan silk body, contrasted beautifully by maroon pleats that add depth and definition to the drape. The highlight is its striking three-colour pallu, where three rich tones come together seamlessly—an artistic play of colour that elevates the saree while keeping it refined and wearable.

Despite its visual richness, Nivedita is remarkably lightweight and breathable, making it comfortable for long hours of wear. It is paired with a matching maroon blouse, completing the look with balance and cohesion.

A perfect blend of heritage craftsmanship and modern sensibility, Nivedita is suited for cultural gatherings, festive occasions, elegant day events, and moments when you want your saree to feel special yet easy.
